The Challenge

Angelos Stanitsas opened his pizzeria in Sarti, Chalkidiki 5 years ago. The food was never the problem — his handcrafted pizza earned a loyal local following. The problem was the Friday and Saturday night chaos. The small 40-seat restaurant would fill up, a line would form at the door, phone orders for pickup piled up, and Angelos's two waiters couldn't keep up. The Solution

He didn't even know they'd been guessing all along.
