Cocoon Beach Bar stretches across 80 meters of Sarti beachfront with 80 sunbeds and a pool. During peak season, the place is packed by 11am. The problem was simple math: 6 waiters covering 80 sunbeds across sand, pool decks, and the lounge area. Guests waited an average of 20 minutes for their first drink.
